How long does the process take?
DELLA establishes the project schedule after scope, site conditions, and design requirements are defined. Timing depends on the individual home; there is no single duration for every project.
What areas do you serve?
DELLA builds custom residences in Charlotte, North Carolina. The project collection includes Ashbrook, Plaza Midwood, Cotswold, Madison Park, Myers Park, and Optimist Park. Site fit is confirmed during the first conversation.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is shaped by scope, site, design, materials, and schedule. We define those decisions before construction begins.
Do you handle permits and approvals?
Yes. DELLA coordinates the project approvals and construction requirements included in the agreed design-build scope.
