Who we are

Information you provide

When you send an inquiry, you may provide your name, email address, optional phone number, inquiry type, project context, and message. Please do not include sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.

Contact inquiries

We use inquiry information to respond, discuss the project or service you requested, evaluate a potential customer relationship, and coordinate internal follow-up and requested services. Access to customer information is limited to authorized DELLA Homes personnel who need it for this work. A submission is not consent to promotional marketing.

Journal comments

If commenting is available, a commenter provides a name, email address, and comment. Comments are moderated. If approved, the commenter name, comment, and date may appear publicly; the email address is not published. We may reject or remove comments. Please do not put private or sensitive information in a public comment.

Information collected automatically

Normal website requests can involve technical information such as an IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, and timestamps. We may also receive limited referral and campaign information associated with an inquiry, a same-site referrer, and a submission identifier used to avoid duplicate requests. Vercel Speed Insights is included in the hosted site for performance measurement. Google Analytics, advertising pixels, and Vercel Web Analytics are not currently active on this site.

Website security and anti-abuse

Available inquiry and comment forms use security checks, including Cloudflare Turnstile when configured. A security check may process technical request information and a verification token. We also use reasonable access controls and operational safeguards, but no website or transmission can be guaranteed perfectly secure.

Service providers

Limited information may be processed by technical services needed to host, secure, store, operate, and deliver this website and its communications. These can include Vercel hosting and Speed Insights, PostgreSQL database infrastructure, Cloudflare Turnstile for forms when configured, and Resend for internal notification delivery when configured. Error reporting through Sentry, when configured, and media delivery infrastructure may also process limited technical information where those features are used. The presence of an integration in our code does not mean it is active for every visitor or inquiry. Staff authentication uses Google OAuth; it is not a public customer account system.

How we use information

We use information to operate and secure the site, answer requests, manage requested services and internal customer follow-up, moderate comments, and understand basic site performance. We do not turn an inquiry into a marketing opt-in.

No sale or advertising sharing

DELLA Homes does not sell, rent, or trade customer personal information, or share it with third parties for advertising or behavioral advertising. We do not disclose customer inquiry information to Amin Ventures, realtors, contractors, designers, project partners, or external CRMs as a business-sharing practice. Limited technical processing by necessary service providers is distinct from that business sharing.

Data retention

Our operating target is to retain contact inquiry records for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless an active project or ongoing customer relationship continues, or a legitimate operational or legally reviewed need calls for longer retention. Approved public comments may remain while their article is published and the comment remains relevant. Our target for pending, rejected, or spam comment records is no more than 12 months unless moderation or security needs require longer.

These are operating targets, not a claim that records are automatically erased on those dates. Automatic deletion is not yet implemented; individual requests are reviewed as described below.

Security

We limit access to customer information to authorized DELLA Homes personnel and use technical safeguards appropriate to the website. Please contact us if you have a concern about information you submitted.

Your privacy requests

For questions about access, correction, deletion, or other privacy concerns, email contact@amin-ventures.com and identify the information or inquiry involved. We will review requests in light of applicable requirements and legitimate recordkeeping needs. We do not promise automatic deletion or a specific response period here.

Marketing communications

Submitting a contact form does not subscribe you to promotional email, text messages, or automated calls. If DELLA Homes offers optional marketing communications in the future, a separate explicit opt-in and a way to withdraw will be required before they are activated.

Children

This website is intended for adults interested in residential projects and services and is not intentionally designed for children. Please contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information.

U.S. and geographic scope

DELLA Homes currently focuses on Charlotte, North Carolina and the United States. People elsewhere may still be able to visit the website. Our geographic focus may change as the business expands.

We may revise this policy as the website, services, or verified practices change. The date at the top of this page will be updated when a revised version is published.
